EXPLORATORY CALL

We make it as easy as possible to get the extra hands and support you deserve. Our complimentary exploratory call allows us to learn more about your needs, your goals, and the kind of support that would feel most helpful right now. This conversation helps ensure we’re the right fit and can match you with the best support for your family.

Exploratory calls typically last about 20 minutes and are completely pressure-free.

VILLAGE SESSIONS

INITIAL SESSION

Our Initial Session is a three-hour visit designed to help you experience what it feels like to be supported by the Village before committing to a package.

During this session, we’ll focus on the tasks or projects discussed during your exploratory call — whether that’s organizing, tidying, food prep, system-building, or something else entirely. You’re always welcome to update your priorities before the visit if new needs arise.

$180 | Includes 1 helper for 3 hours


ADDITONAL SESSIONS

If you’re looking for continued support without committing to a package just yet, additional sessions can be scheduled one at a time. This option allows you to experience consistent help while keeping things flexible.

Our Village Packages offer relationship-based, in-home support for parents — with a special focus on mothers who need extra hands, consistency, and care during a full season of life.

THE VILLAGE ESSENTIALS

Consistent In-Home Help for Busy Families

A great fit for parents looking for reliable, ongoing household support and the peace of mind that comes with having consistent help in their home.

Includes:

  • 6 or 12 three-hour in-home support sessions
  • One dedicated Joy Team Member whenever possible
  • Pre-session check-ins to align on priorities for each visit
  • Session continuity so you don’t have to start from scratch each time
  • Scheduling support and flexible appointment spacing

Investment:
6 sessions – $1,050
12 sessions – $2,040


THE SUPPORTED VILLAGE

Ongoing Support for Overwhelmed Moms

Ideal for families who want continued support between visits, not just during their in-home sessions.

Includes everything in The Village Essentials, plus:

  • Business-hours text communication for motivation, accountability check-ins, or questions
  • Periodic, scheduled touchpoints to help adjust priorities as your family’s needs change
  • Access to our private MOM Squad community for connection and encouragement

Investment:
6 sessions – $1,250
12 sessions – $2,400


THE FULLY HELD VILLAGE

High-Touch Support for a Full Season of Life

Designed for parents navigating a particularly full or demanding season who want a deeper level of personalized in-home and emotional support.

Includes everything in The Supported Village, plus:

  • Business-hours voice note communication for deeper check-ins, problem solving, and supportive coaching moments
  • Occasional guided conversations focused on identifying what support would be most helpful moving forward
  • A contribution made in your name to support another family through our Village Fund

Investment:
6 sessions – $1,450
12 sessions – $2,700

Availability for this level of support is limited.

Your Initial Session may be applied to your package or donated if you choose to continue.


DONATION

You may choose to DONATE your Initial Session fee to a family in need of extra support. This can be for a family that you designate, or one of our choosing as the need arises. Please email us to receive the application form to nominate families.

The heart of the Village is connection. We ask that you are present during your sessions so we can work alongside you, communicate clearly, and provide meaningful support during our time together.

What makes the Village different from hiring one-time help?

The Village is built on relationship-based, in-home support. Rather than one-off visits, our packages are designed to create continuity, trust, and real relief over time. Our clients tell us the biggest difference is not having to re-explain their needs every visit and feeling genuinely supported—not just assisted.


Do I need to be present during the entire 3-hour session?

Yes. The heart of the Village is connection. Being present allows us to work alongside you, communicate clearly, and support you in a way that feels collaborative and personal. This time is as much about reducing mental load as it is about getting things done.


What types of projects can you help with?

We support a wide range of household and life-management tasks, including laundry, food prep, tidying, in-depth organizing, systems creation, party prep, light yard work, and more. We also offer accountability, motivation, and support as you work through projects that feel overwhelming.

If you’re unsure whether something fits, just ask—we’re happy to talk it through.


Can you run errands or complete tasks without me?

Some errands, donation runs, or returns may be incorporated occasionally or offered as add-ons. However, the Village is intentionally designed as in-home, done-with-you support. This allows us to build connection and ensure you feel supported, not just helped.


What does business-hours text or voice note support include?

Depending on your package, this may include text or voice note communication during business hours for motivation, quick accountability check-ins, questions, coordination, or deeper reflection and coaching-style support. This access is designed to provide encouragement and clarity—not emergency or 24/7 support.


What if I’m not ready to commit to a package?

That’s okay! We offer individual services through our Organizational Services and Additional Sessions. Even if a Village Package isn’t the right fit right now, we’re still happy to support you however we can.


Can dads or partners participate?

Absolutely. While many of our clients are mothers, our services are available to all parents and families who need support. If you’re a parent, you’re welcome here.


Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Our services make meaningful gifts for baby showers, birthdays, holidays, or families navigating a big transition. Gift certificates are available by service or dollar amount.


What if I really need help but can’t afford this right now?

Please reach out. We believe everyone deserves support. We offer flexible options and have a Village Fund that helps extend services to families in need. You’re never a burden for asking.


How do I choose the right Village Package?

We’ll help you decide during your exploratory call. The right package depends on how much support you want during sessions, whether you’d benefit from between-visit communication, and how full this season of life feels for you.
