It is time to call in the Village! We are here to provide relief with the tasks that drain your time and energy so that you can show up as your best self for (yourself!) and your family. As mothers, we are also here to listen, connect, and coach–with you leading the way.

We make it as easy as possible to get you the extra hands you deserve, so let’s start a conversation! The initial connection will give us an understanding of what you are looking for and make sure that we can provide the right person for your needs. This exploratory call is complimentary and will typically last 20 min.

Sessions and Pricing

INITIAL SESSION

We offer an initial 3 hour session, separate from our packages, for you to get a feel for the Joy Team Member and the services that we provide before committing to a package. During this session, you can expect to accomplish the tasks we initially discussed in our exploratory call or you can always update us before the visit if new projects arise.

$180 Includes 1 helper for 3 hours.

VILLAGE PACKAGES

Our Village Service has been developed so that it creates connection, develops trust, and leaves you feeling supported, accomplished, and heard. This takes time and is why we highly encourage you to take advantage of our Packages.

Each Package includes your choice of 6 or 12 sessions. You may choose to spread them out in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments. Why have we set up the Village this way? Because our clients have shared that this structure provides them with enough time between appointments to miss us and get excited we are returning! The amount of time you will need, is highly dependent on the projects you need extra hands with. See below for the two ways to invest in yourself and your family.

THE INITIAL SESSION CAN BE APPLIED TO YOUR PACKAGE. The remaining cost for a 6 session package is $900, which includes 5 additional sessions. The remaining cost for a discounted, 12 session Package is $1870, which includes 11 additional sessions. Both Packages include 1 helper for 3 hours per session.

DONATION

You may choose to DONATE your Initial Session fee to a family in need of extra support. This can be for a family that you designate, or one of our choosing as the need arises. Please email us to receive the application form to nominate families.

If you choose a donation of your Initial Session fee, the cost of a discounted 12 session package is $2040.

Q: What’s the next step? How do I know if this is right for me?

Q: Do I need to be present the entire 3 hours?
A: The quick answer is, YES! We want to get to know you and leave you feeling supported. We are parents and women too, so this is a great opportunity to connect with someone who has been through it and feel heard.

Q: What type of projects can you work with me on?
A: Tell us your dream goals and we can see about working with you to accomplish it! We are talking about laundry, food prep, general tidying, in-depth organizing, systems development and management, party planning, yard work, and so much more. We have a large skill set ready for you to tap into!

Q: What about the Dads?!
A: We are here for you too! If you are a parent, you’re feeling it. We find that most of our clients are women and mothers, which is why you’ll find we focus on them. No hard feelings. Please reach out and we will meet your needs too.

Q: Can you make donation runs, complete returns, or run other errands?
A: We can definitely take care of all of these things for you; however, the idea of the Village is connection. We want to make sure that we have quality time with you and the only way to do that is invest in our three hours together. These tasks can be discussed as an add-on or we can occasionally incorporate them into our sessions. It is dependent on the actual task requested.

Q: What if I am not interested in a package or repeatable visits at this time?
A: We got you! Check out our Organizational Services page and you are sure to find what you need. Even if this service is not for you, it sure would mean a lot to us if you can help us spread the word.

Q: I would love to gift this service to a new family for a baby shower, birthday, or holiday present! How do I do that?
A: We offer gift certificates by service or amount. It’s your gift and so we let you choose!

Q: What if I can’t afford this but really need help?
A: Please tell us! We have options for you and you deserve to feel supported!!
